At Neer Makhana, we aim to ensure that our products reach customers across India in perfect condition, with the help of reliable logistics partners.

Delivery Timeline

• Local deliveries: 3-4 working days
• Outstation deliveries: 4-7 working days
• Deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir, North East India, and Kerala: 5-9 working days

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and courier details. Shipment tracking usually becomes active within 48 hours of dispatch. In rare cases, tracking updates may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as technical issues, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
